  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resell able condition.

  • Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the original item and sending out your replacement.

How to Request a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition

  • Returned in original packaging (if possible)

Once received and inspected, we will confirm eligibility and issue your refund. A confirmation will be sent via email.

Custom & Personalized Jewelry is Non Refundable

Jewelry that is:

  • Made to customer specifications, or

  • Designed using customer-supplied gemstones

is considered custom and is non-returnable.
