At The Sunstone Store we make every effort to make your experience truly amazing, the first time. We guarantee to represent the jewelry as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind some images will vary slightly in color, tone and size depending on your computer monitor settings. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store please contact us immediately or within 30 days of purchase. In some cases we may offer to customize a piece for you if you are not completely satisfied. Refunds on purchases from our website are not allowed without prior authorization from us so please email or call first. After receiving the item, it will be inspected to be sure that is returned in perfect condition (unworn) before a refund is issued. Confirmation will be given via email. The return postage will be paid by the customer. Customized jewelry, made to customer specifications or designed around gems provided by the customer, are non returnable.
