Chelsea was raised in Bend, Oregon and she has always called Central Oregon home. She studied both traditional and digital art at Southern Oregon University, where she received her Bachelor Degree in Art after only three years of study. Chelsea has been an artist her entire life and she brings that creativity and attention to detail to her work here at The Sunstone Store.
Chelsea is one of The Sunstone Store’s Custom Design Consultants, and she loves helping customers who are on a budget bring their jewelry visions to life! Her specialty is Oregon Sunstone engagement rings that are practical for the Central Oregon lifestyle. Chelsea is also our Downtown Showroom Assistant Manager and is available to discuss designs Monday through Friday. She spends her free time skiing up at Mt. Bachelor, playing Pub Trivia at local breweries, and spoiling her Bull Terrier, Fred. Contact her at [email protected]

Leanne grew up on the sandy & crowded beaches of the Jersey shore. When she was in high school her older sister moved to the west coast. She decided to visit her sister one spring break and instantly fell in love with the West side. After high school, Leanne studied Fine Art at Green Mountain College in Poultney, Vermont where she learned to create utilitarian pottery and oil paintings. After moving to Bend the summer of 2012 she started dabbling in wire wrapping and simple jewelry making skills.

Interested in expanding her knowledge of jewelry she apprenticed with the Douglas’s in 2013. Proving her capabilities in the studio she eventually became a full time employee and now works in the studio designing and creating hand fabricated Oregon Sunstone Jewelry. She looks forward to absorbing even more skill sets through out her journey with The Sunstone Store!
